Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
We implement robotic software that imitates the actions of the user (employee) for the purpose of automation of processes and tasks at organizations. The software works on the level of the web interface available in the browser or the user's desktop, and uses various APIs and databases at work. It allows users to automate any process with intuitive drag-and-drop actions.
Intelligent Process Automation (IPA)
Our digital workers are so much more than just bots. Thanks to their cognitive functions, they receive, process and use all information from the environment in their work. This is possible thanks to complex algorithms that draw from artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and intelligent optical character recognition (OCR).
How does RPA and IPA work?
Both RPA and IPA run in the cloud. Just log in to any device that has access to the Internet to start using the cloud and rich robotic software to automate processes and tasks. This means eliminating the need to purchase a license, or the need to install and administer your own expensive robotic software.
What is Pretechnological?
ProaTechnology is an intelligent automation platform that we use to build our software robots (digital workers). During the implementation of innovative IT solutions, we also use platforms from other proven global suppliers, such as: Microsoft or UiPath.
What is the difference between a robot and a digital worker?
A programmable robot / digital robot is oriented towards the execution of a programmed (commissioned) task and is used to automate certain repetitive tasks.
The digital worker / virtual worker goes beyond the actions of a software robot. It also analyzes your work and the performance of specific tasks from start to finish. It is specially designed to support human workers in their professional environment. The digital worker has the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) skills. Owing to this, it is able to capture, verify, extract, process and categorize data from various document formats, using the latest artificial intelligence technologies, such as natural language processing (NLP) as well as vision and machine learning (ML). For example, a digital worker can check e-mails and payments, enter invoices into the appropriate systems, and send overdue notifications in a quick, accurate and efficient manner.
What is the automation of digital worker tasks?
You can easily control and steer digital workers. Thanks to robotic software, you can assign specific repetitive tasks to them and scale their number. You will also be authorized to create, test and refine the performance models of your virtual staff. You can do this without knowledge of coding language, with nothing more than simple clicks and dragging. It is up to you whether the programmed virtual employees will work in an unattended, supervised or hybrid manner.
What systems can be robotized?
Most often, work in such systems as: Symfonia, enova365, Saldeo, SAP, Ariba, IFS, Impuls, Optima, Egeria, Teta, Wapro, CDN XL, MS Dynamics, Comarch, insERT, Raks SQL, Xpertis (Macrologic), Simple ERP, WAPRO ERP by Asseco, Oracle Hyperion.
What applications are supported by digital workers?
Digital workers are characterized by a number of skills. They can download, verify and process the downloaded data, handle e-mails, enter orders and processed data into systems and applications, such as: WMS, ERP, e-mail, excel, CRM, Speed, TMS, client’s web portals, websites of courier companies. They can also run the Helpdesk.
